All of the Rhodes Furniture showrooms and corporate office, including Customer Service,
have been closed. Unfortunately, Rooms To Go is unable to assist Rhodes customers
with any service or warranty requests or honor any warranties purchased at Rhodes.
“If you purchased, at an additional cost, an extended warranty from Rhodes Furniture (and your receipt indicates
that you purchased the “60 Month Customer Care Package”), please contact the insurance company directly
at 1-888-539-4341 for service assistance.
We look forward to serving you as a Rooms To Go customer. We are not, however,
able to assist you with any of your Rhodes Furniture purchases. Please do not contact
our Customer Service center in reference to your Rhodes purchase.
